In order to better serve our Fargo-Moorhead community, we have created a process for local charities, non-profit organizations, and local schools to make donation requests. 

We will only consider donation requests that have followed these specific guidelines:

1. All donation requests will be considered on a monthly basis. 
2. Requests must be submitted prior to the end of the month prior to your event.  Example:  If your event is any time in September, the request must be submitted by August 31st.  
3. A specific request must be made. This does not guarantee that Jiffy Lube will meet that specific request. However,  suggestions for donations are greatly appreciated.
4. The event must be for a non-profit or charitable organization or event or it must benefit local youth.
5. A request must be submitted in writing and must include all of the information listed below before it will be reviewed.

• Organization name
• Contact name
• Contact phone number
• Contact email
• Street (mailing)address
• City, state, ZIP Code
• What are you requesting Jiffy Lube to donate?
• When will the event take place?
• Who will benefit from this event?
